Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing operations through electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and PLC troubleshooting and repair. This role is responsible for installing maintaining and improving production machinery and equipment as well as performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot repair and maintain mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
  • Install adjust and maintain manufacturing equipment and systems
  • Use electrical and electronic testing and measuring tools for diagnostics
  • Operate hand and power tools (drill press band saw grinders hydraulic press etc.)
  • Perform welding brazing and cutting as needed
  • Work from blueprints manuals drawings and technical instructions
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement and scrap reduction initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards including LOTO and machine guarding
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with ISO/IATF standards
  • Train and assist other maintenance team members as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Strong experience troubleshooting mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic and PLC systems
  • Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools in an industrial setting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Work Environment

  • Full-time onsite role (1st shift)
