Role Definition

This position is accountable to perform precision skilled maintenance functions on CNC and NC machine tools such as lathes mills precision grinders and other associated industrial equipment.

This position reports to Maintenance Department Supervisor.

This position does not have any direct reports.

Responsibilities
-Performing and documenting maintenance activities involved in installation alteration upgrade regular inspection & repair.

-Install maintain test troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems controls and components of manufacturing machine tools and production equipment.

-Install wiring conduit transformers breakers switches to supply electrical power to machine tools facility systems and facility equipment.

-Preventative maintenance of various types of standard and specialized machinery and equipment physical building and grounds and infrastructure to include electrical plumbing HVAC security and telecommunications.

-Responding to emergency safety and operational concerns.
Inside a climate controlled facility but could also include outside areas such as exterior grounds walkways drives etc.

-Supports Production Quality Shipping and IT as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in a similar role

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to support all groups including facilities
CNC experience Preferred
