PositionSummary: WeareseekingskilledIndustrialMaintenanceTechnicianto add to our team. This position includes maintaining troubleshooting and repairing mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems within our manufacturing facility with some small amounts of fabrication and welding. Theidealcandidatehasastrongtechnicalbackgroundaproactiveapproachto problem-solvingandacommitmenttoworkplacesafety.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Performroutineinspectionspreventativemaintenance and repairs on industrial machinery

• Troubleshootmechanicalelectricalpneumaticandhydraulicsystems effectively

• Installmodifyandupgradeindustrialequipmentaccordingto manufacturer specifications and company standards

• Maintainaccuratemaintenancelogsreportsanddocumentationofrepairs and services

• Collaboratewithmaintenance Supervisor and production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

• EnsurecompliancewithOSHAandcompanysafetystandardsatalltimes.

• Respondpromptlytoemergencymaintenancerequeststomaintainproductionup times

Qualifications:

• HighschooldiplomaorGEDis required; and/ortechnical certifications in HVAC hydraulics electrical millwrighting are all acceptable

• 1yearsofexperienceinindustrialmaintenanceormanufacturingenvironment.

• Proficiencyindiagnosingandrepairinglow voltage electricalmechanicalhydraulicandpneumaticsystems.

• FamiliaritywithPLCprogrammingmotorcontrolsandvariablefrequencydrivesisaplus.

• Stronganalyticalskillsandabilitytotroubleshootcomplexequipmentissues.

• Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspart of a team

• Commitmenttosafetyqualityandcontinuousimprovement.

PhysicalRequirements:

• Abilitytoliftandcarryupto50lbsclimbladdersandworkinconfinedspaces

• Capabilitytostandforextendedperiodsandperformtasksinvariousenvironmentalconditions.

Pay & Shift:

• Starting hourly rate of $30.17/hour

• Monday-Friday day shift 6am-2:30pm or 8am-4:30pm with some occasional weekend work
