Industrial Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

A growing food manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Syracuse Indiana. This is a full-time permanent opportunity on 1st shift focused on maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure safety efficiency and product quality.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and control systems
• Support production by maintaining equipment uptime and efficiency
• Monitor control panels and automated systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Coordinate with contractors and order replacement parts as needed
• Assist with process improvements and equipment upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards

• Experience in industrial maintenance preferably within food manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical electrical and automation systems
• Knowledge of HACCP GMPs and safety standards
• Welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in an industrial environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Technical training or equivalent hands-on experience

• Industrial setting with exposure to dust noise and temperature variations
• Active role requiring standing lifting bending and climbing

• Stable full-time permanent position
• Consistent 1st shift schedule
