Industrial Maintenance Electrician

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with experience in industrial electrical systems PLC troubleshooting hydraulics pneumatics and preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repair and maintain industrial electrical PLC and electronic control systems.
• Design and modify minor electrical circuits for manufacturing equipment.
• Install test and maintain electrical controls using schematics and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on production equipment.
• Install and maintain motors transformers lighting systems panels breakers conduit and electrical wiring.
• Diagnose equipment issues using electrical testing instruments.
• Replace defective electrical and mechanical components.
• Monitor installed equipment for safe operation and required adjustments.
• Interpret blueprints sketches and technical instructions.
• Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document maintenance activities and locate replacement parts.
• Support production by completing additional maintenance tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Industrial Maintenance Electronics or a related technical field.
• 2 to 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical PLC and electronic control systems.
• Experience repairing hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical blueprints.
• Experience using a CMMS for work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
