We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician / Electromechanical Technician to maintain troubleshoot install and repair electrical PLC hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems that support manufacturing operations.
This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong industrial troubleshooting experience and a commitment to equipment reliability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical PLC electronic hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Install test maintain and modify machine controls and electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform electrical circuit testing and diagnostics using industry-standard tools and instruments.
- Install and maintain motors transformers panels breakers conduit wiring and lighting systems.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and equipment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot machine control systems and production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for corrective action.
- Utilize a CMMS to search for parts document repairs and complete work orders.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and guide less-experienced maintenance personnel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electrical Technology Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics Automation Electromechanical Technology or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electromechanical maintenance experience.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing:
- PLC-controlled equipment
- Electrical and electronic control systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Industrial machinery and production equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Knowledge of electrical power distribution systems.
- Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand walk bend stoop and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
