Secure a dependable Monday-Friday early morning schedule competitive hourly pay at $18/hr and a stable path with immediate start opportunities!

• Lift and dump heavy concrete additives and raw materials into commercial manufacturing mixers.
• Manage hands-on industrial tasks line tracking and cleanup inside the facility grinding room.
• Manually lift transport and stack commercial 94 lb bags of concrete mix continuously.
• Maintain a highly organized work area and strictly follow all core plant safety rules.

• Pay Rate:$18.00 / hour.
• Schedule: Monday Friday 5:00 AM 3:00 PM (10-hour Day Shift).
• Position Type: Full-Time Temporary with strong permanent potential (No benefits during temp phase).
• Availability: Immediate Start for the right candidate.

• Physical capability to handle heavy industrial labor and lift up to 100 lbs continuously.
• Must supply and wear steel-toed shoes or boots daily on the active manufacturing floor.
• A proactive safety-minded work ethic and strong team communication skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen; some background restrictions may apply.
• Exceptional history of daily attendance prompt punctuality and reliable transportation.
