We are Immediately Hiring for an Experienced Estimator / Project Manager. The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for selling and managing jobs from startup through closeout. This position plays a key role in providing solutions to our customers needs based upon specifications and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate and promote our Core Values:

What Youll Do as an Estimator / Project Manager
- Review take-offs drawings and bid packages to develop estimates and proposals
- Develop customer relationships
- Lead projects from start up through completion ensuring scope quality timing and budgets are met
- Collaborate with Superintendents Foremen field teams vendors and customers
- Track project performance through costs WIP reporting and budgeting
Estimator / Project Manager Requirements:
- Project Management experience in commercial / industrial construction (industrial flooring preferred).
- Ability to review bid packages and drawings
- Experience managing projects budgets and schedules
- Strong communication and organizational skills
