Job Scope

Follow the Company Continuous Improvement System and contribute to Improvement initiatives within Industrial scope and in SPQDC framework

Foster a culture of Operational Excellence and autonomy of Stakeholder in executing improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional team

Report to a central function and operate mainly locally with functional change agents/facilitators ensuring the improvement initiatives are aligned with both global strategies and local operational needs

Manage KPIs and governance at Site level consistently with Immuno Global Operations

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyze processes identify wastes and support countermeasures implementation aimed at increasing value and enhancing performances such as productivity quality cost delivery
  • Explore know and train Operational Excellence methods and tools (VSM Problem Solving Hoshin Kanri etc.) to drive sustainable improvements and eliminate wastes
  • Support idea management for Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of implemented changes making adjustments as necessary to ensure long-term success
  • Analyze data and indicators to support decision making
  • Work cross-functionally and keep constant relationship with key stakeholders ensuring proper alignment
  • Drive kaizen and Problem Solving methods
  • Ensure Daily Management System Tier Structure Gemba presence Lean assessment are in place and followed
  • Support Company Continuous Improvement System deployment and application
  • Facilitate application of Strategy deployment methods

Education Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Life Science/Economics Required
  • Masters Degree in Engineering/Life Science/Economics Preferred
  • 3 Years proven track record in driving process improvement initiatives within manufacturing supply chain or operational environments. Experience in Life Science as a plus Required
  • Lean methods and tools (VSM Data analysis RCA Change Management Project Management Automation and Digitalization tools A3PPS HK Six Sigma and SPC as a plus) proficient with MS365 Preferred
  • Balanced between Thinking and Doing High energy Passion for engaging employees from all levels of the organization Passion for training/ coaching formally & informally (mentoring) Team oriented

Travel Requirements

  • 20% occasionally traveling in EU Immuno sites if needed
