Industrial Equipment Mechanic

Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30 AM4:00 PM overtime as needed
Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Mechanic to diagnose rebuild repair and maintain gearboxes and heavy industrial equipment in a machine-shop environment.

• Diagnose and repair industrial machinery and gearboxes
• Disassemble inspect rebuild and reassemble mechanical equipment
• Perform welding and fabrication for equipment repairs
• Work with mechanical assemblies and heavy machinery
• Inspect components for wear damage and proper operation
• Use shop and fabrication equipment safely

• 5 years of industrial mechanical repair and/or heavy industrial welding experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment-rebuilding skills
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Experience working with gearboxes and heavy industrial equipment
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately with mechanical components
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Available for overtime and occasional weekend work when required
