Job Description
As a member of the Engineering team the Industrial Engineer Specialist I willbe responsible forsupporting manufacturing efficiency through process improvementmaintainingandoptimizingautomated systems and supporting engineering initiatives that drive productivity quality and continuous improvement within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Works independently with general supervision
- Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts policies and practices
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED(Associates or technical training preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of industrial engineering or manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Experience with PLC HMI or SCADA systems (preferred)
