Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Job Location San Antonio TX (Locals preferred)
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Process & Workflow Optimization
- Conduct line balancing cycle time analysis and ergonomics studies to improve efficiency.
- Support paint shop operations including process design material flow and quality control.
- Develop and optimize facilities and layout designs for improved throughput and safety.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office CAD tools (SolidWorks AutoCAD ProE) and engineering software (Minitab MATLAB).
- Knowledge of painting processes including line balancing material handling and quality assurance in paint shops.
- Experience with StandardPro and/or Modapts for work measurement.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing Six Sigma JIT and ergonomics.
- Familiarity with ERP systems MES platforms and simulation tools.
- Working knowledge of advanced quality control and problem-solving techniques.
