Industrial Engineer Manager

An outstanding full-time opportunity has become available with a global manufacturer near the Troy OH area for an individual with 4 years of experience as an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer including Supervisory/Management experience in the Manufacturing industry. Required work experience includes:

• 4 years of experience as an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer
• Experience Analyzing Troubleshooting and Processing Machine data to optimize machine performance and increase productivity is a MUST
• Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies 5S KPIs improving Productivity and ROI maintaining Quality standards analysis of need/justification for Capital Expenditure (Capex) etc. is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Demonstrated experience managing other Engineers Supervisors or team members is a MUST
• Bachelors Degree in related Engineering field (Manufacturing Industrial Quality etc.) is a MUST

• Knowledge of JD Edwards software is HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Familiarity with ISO 9000 and Technical Service Manuals (TSM) is a BIG PLUS
• Previous experience developing Preventative and Predictive Maintenance plans is a BIG PLUS
