RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and coordinates major company industrial engineering projects new methods plant layouts new equipment installations equipment capacity analysis/utilization manpower planning which includes construction and implementation of labor standards ergonomic improvements productivity improvement and standard labor cost construction.
• Applies a high degree of product knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide the company direction to improve efficiency and production capability to maximize profitability.
• Provides the plant operations groups with solutions on equipment layouts and plant capacities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• A bachelors degree in Engineering or other technical field.
• A minimum of 2years of successful Industrial Engineer experience.
• A pattern of initiative.
• Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• An understanding of the DMAIC process and ability to use these skills for continuous improvement.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

The base pay range for this position $70900to $99300per year; however actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skills set level of experience and specific office location.
