Job Summary
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain labor standards by analyzing work methods conducting time studies and measuring work performance.
- Improve labor utilization through method analysis testing process modifications and recommending job restructuring.
- Enhance workflow and layout efficiency by analyzing process flows workstations and equipment and proposing improvements or new procedures.
- Identify analyze and reduce waste by evaluating methods equipment and operator techniques.
- Lead and support work improvement and continuous improvement programs in collaboration with management and engineering teams.
- Prepare and present work analysis reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing operational data and trends.
- Complete improvement projects by training and guiding operators and supervisors on new methods and standards.
- Develop update and maintain operations guidelines procedures and work methods.
- Support Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 initiatives leveraging manufacturing data to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and support organizational integrity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of work measurement process optimization and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Ability to analyze data develop standard work and drive measurable improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams.
