We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Focuses on production stability and implements lean methodologies to improve flow of products and people.

• Assesses and performs to rate readiness requirements for manufacturing operations.

• Reviews facilities footprint and recommends improvements for layout and workflow.

• Utilizes root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Performs capacity planning forecasting for staffing and recovery planning for factory operations.

• Conducts analytics and time studies to support manufacturing and engineering teams.

• Applies work measurement techniques to establish standard times and process benchmarks.

• Supports supply chain logistics transportation and fabrication of raw materials into products and assemblies.

• Collaborates with manufacturing engineering and production-supporting organizations.

• Defines develops implements and improves production processes.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelors degree or higher in an Engineering field.

• 2 or more years of experience working in an engineering manufacturing supply chain or production environment.

• 1 or more years of experience defining developing implementing or improving production processes.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with work measurement and time study methodologies.

• Experience with problem solving including root cause analysis.

• Manufacturing experience in aerospace or related industry.

• Experience with capacity planning and staffing forecasts.

• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
