• Install maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment within an industrial setting including motors transformers generators and lighting systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using testing equipment and hand tools as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics diagrams and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to identify and address electrical issues that may impact production or safety.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment.
• May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
• Proven track record of successfully diagnosing and repairing electrical problems.
• Basic knowledge of industrial/plant equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics diagrams and blueprints.
• Demonstrated proficiency using testing equipment and hand tools.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs and VFDs) and other advanced electrical systems.

What does it take to work forHPC-Industrial

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
• Valid electrician license or certification

• Ability to travel up to 25%
