At our facility in Piscatawayyou candevelop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within the Packagingteam as the Packaging Designer:

• Lead the design process of paper based packaging from conceptualization to production ensuring high-quality design projects that meet customer needs and manufacturing constraints
• Utilize technical design software such as ArtiosCAD to optimize designs and propose innovative solutions
• Develop prototypes and models to test form fit and function and troubleshoot production issues
• Support the sales team and participate in technical client presentations to ensure packaging feasibility that meets customer demands and budget constraints
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements communicate timelines and manage expectations where needed
• Research and recommend new manufacturing processes materials and finishes to enhance product quality and efficiency

Youre a natural fit for Industrial Designerif you have:

• Educational background in Industrial Design or related certification and/or equivalent relevant experience in the field
• Knowledge of ArtiosCAD is an asset
• Possess strong design skills and desire to continue evolving in the packaging industry
• Leverage your creativity and problem-solving skills to fuel innovation and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Communicate effectively with external and internal stakehoders fostering positive relationship and delivering exceptional service
