Industrial Bilingual Translator

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Industrial Bilingual Translatorwho is a creative energetic individual with a Whatever It Takes attitude in fulfilling their job duties to support our facility in Fletcher NC.

This position will require extensive use of Microsoft Excel as well as various other software solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office operations and comfortable working in an a manufacturing setting.

Compensation Benefits:

$20.00 - $25.00/ hour depending on level of experience

Essential Functions:

• Provide accurate EnglishSpanish and SpanishEnglish translation during meetings training sessions and daily operations on the factory floor.
• Assist instructors and supervisors in classroom-based and on-the-job training to ensure comprehension of safety quality and operational requirements.
• Facilitate clear communication between employees supervisors and trainers to support a productive and inclusive work environment.
• Translate written materials such as training documents safety instructions standard operating procedures and policy communications.
• Help promote understanding of company culture and build employee engagement.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Spanish and English required
• Proven work experience 6 months to 2 years in translation interpretation training support or related experience.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Excellent computer skills
• (Optional) Familiarity with safety or quality systems
• Outstanding time-management abilities
• Ability to work individually or on teams as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
