Compensation: $65000 - $85000 over 10 months

We are currently looking for a passionate Alberta-certificated teacher to join our support services team. If you believe in the power of play value inclusive practices and are ready to make a real difference in a childs life wed love to meet you!

About the Role

The individual program planning (IPP) teacher supports children with individualized needs by writing and managing IPPs and working collaboratively with classroom teams and support staff.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Individual Program Plans (IPPs) tailored to each childs developmental goals.
  • Collaborate with families therapists educational assistants and other professionals to ensure each childs success.
  • Build trusting relationships with children caregivers and team members.
  • Complete essential documentation: IPPs transition plans and referrals.

What You Bring to the Team

  • A Bachelor of Education and an Alberta Teaching Certificate (interim or permanent).
  • Passion and experience in inclusive education and neurodiversity.
  • A strengths-based mindset and a commitment to building inclusive classrooms.
  • Comfort adapting to dynamic environments with a flexible team-first attitude.
  • Experience or training in play-based learning and child-led exploration.
  • Strong communication problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Standard First Aid with Child CPR certification.
