Index Portfolio Management Analyst

What Youll Do

• Learn how index rebalances and reconstitutions work developing expertise in indexing benchmarking and financial data over time.
• Execute periodic index reconstitution and rebalance models using documented workflows and runbooks.
• Perform independent review and validation of model outputs and underlying data sets to ensure accuracy and methodology adherence.
• Maintain process documentation for data sources indexes and workflows and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate findings and support product and infrastructure enhancements.

• Technical proficiency in R Databricks and SQL
• Highly self-motivated with a hands-on approach to problem solvingproactively identifying issues and developing tools or solutions to address the

This position will be located in Philadelphia PA and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
