Income Tax Manager

What Youll Do

• Prepare and oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions
• Review income tax returns workpapers and filings; monitor tax law changes
• Manage and review tax GL account reconciliations
• Oversee tax workpapers including taxable income and estimate calculations
• Partner with internal teams external firms and authorities on audits and tax inquiries
• Support tax budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze and interpret tax legislation and regulatory changes
• Support multinational income tax compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive corporate tax and business objectives
• Lead and contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives (ISO/QMS)

What You Bring

• 7 years of corporate tax experience (income tax filing provisions and research)Leadership experience with ability to guide and influence teams Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Experience with transfer pricing
• Public company experience is a plus
• Strong analytical leadership and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings events team activities and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
