Handle and coordinate IT/cyber incidents to ensure quick resolution and minimal impact.

Responsibilities:

Manage incident lifecycle (identify resolve close)
Coordinate with SOC IT and business teams
Communicate updates to stakeholders
Conduct RCA and improve processes

Requirements:

5 years in incident management/IT/cybersecurity
Experience with ServiceNow Splunk
Knowledge of NIST or ITIL frameworks

Preferred:
Certifications like ITIL CISSP
