TMD Staffing is looking to hire inboundCall Center Agents in the Austin area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person (with potential to work from home as space allows)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incomingbilling/payment calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Assist customers with account inquiries and payment processing

• Provide support as needed

• Maintain a high level of customer service and accuracy

• Follow all company procedures and training guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to complete training and adhere to set schedules

• Reliable attendance and commitment to performance standards

PAY RATE
$16 per hour ($2.00 PH attendance bonus after 30 days)

SCHEDULE

• Full-Time: MondayFriday 6:00AM8:00PM (Shift will be assigned between these hours) Occasional Weekend Day
  Training Schedule (all candidates): MondayFriday 8:00AM5:00PM
  Schedules may change based on call volume
