Job Summary

The In-Service Support Network Technician provides help desk support onboard technical assistance and sustainment services for Navy network systems. This role ensures fleet users receive responsive troubleshooting and continued operational support.

Responsibilities and Duties

Selected candidates will provide network help desk services and technical troubleshooting support conduct onboard technical assists for Navy platforms as required resolve system issues related to software hardware and connectivity and maintain support documentation and track resolution activities.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

(Required) Minimum of three (3) years experience providing network help desk support including onboard tech assists
(Desired) Experience with Linux Windows VMWare Ansible Cisco. Familiarity with Trellix Aruba cloud environments. Experience using CMPro and JIRA for ticketing and configuration tracking.

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in any engineering discipline (Preferred)

Clearance Requirement

Secret (Minimum)
