Position Overview

As an In-House Vacation Ownership Sales Representative you will work directly with existing owners to understand their vacation goals and present ownership solutions that enhance their ownership experience.

Using a consultative sales approach youll build lasting relationships deliver an exceptional customer experience and help owners maximize the value of their ownership while achieving outstanding personal income potential.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Real Estate License

• Previous In-House Vacation Ownership Sales experience

• Proven closing ability in a commission-based sales environment

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Excellent relationship-building abilities

• Competitive self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred

• Previous vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience

• Experience working with existing owners in an In-House sales environment

• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
