Job Summary
We are seeking experienced In-House Counsels with strong technology transactions expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts perform redlining and negotiation exercises and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform contract drafting review redlining and simulated negotiations.
- Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
- Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
- Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.

- Experience working in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
