We are seeking a driven customer-focused In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing Generator Division. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced in-home sales professional who enjoys meeting with homeowners providing solutions and earning uncapped income through a commission-based compensation plan.

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss backup power and standby generator solutions
• Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
• Educate homeowners on generator products features financing options and installation processes
• Prepare and present professional proposals
• Build trust with customers and guide them through the purchase decision
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

• Previous in-home sales experience required
• Home improvement HVAC plumbing electrical roofing solar windows or related residential sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of closing sales and generating revenue
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and highly competitive
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable utilizing tablets CRM systems and sales tools
