What Youll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their needs and recommend the best solutions
  
• Build trust through exceptional customer service
  
• Present options and confidently overcome objections
  
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
  
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals
  
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
  

What Were Looking For

• Accomplished sales professional with a proven history of success in a complex sales environment
  
• Previous in-home sales experience required
  
• Experience selling solutions in the $10000$50000 range
  
• Knowledge of the home services industry is a plus but not required
  
• Quick learner with the ability to retain product and industry knowledge
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to command a customers attention
  
• Committed to delivering an outstanding personalized customer experience
  
• Comfortable tracking sales activities performance metrics and personal results to drive continuous improvement
  
• Receptive to ongoing training coaching and professional development
  
• Strong objection-handling follow-up and relationship-building skills
  
• Highly motivated coachable and driven to exceed sales goals
  
• Verifiable history of earning more than $100000 annually with the ambition and ability to quickly surpass $150000 per year
  
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
  
• Comfortable working retail hours while meeting with company-provided leads
  

Compensation

• Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn well into six figures based on performance

• Monday through Friday
  
• Retail hours including occasional rotating weekends
