- Recommend flooring solutions that fit the clients style function and budget
- Measure spaces and prepare digital proposals using iPad-based tools
- Follow a structured sales process designed for success
- Maintain strong follow-up communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Build relationships with homeowners contractors and referral partners
- Network locally to grow both your book of business and community presence
- Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience
- 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
- Strong understanding of flooring products and installation processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly
- Comfortable using technology (iPad CRM systems like Salesforce digital measuring tools)
- Self-driven competitive and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Valid drivers license and availability for client appointments
