CARE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• assistingwith Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing and ambulation assistance
• takinginitiative at clients homes & engaging in social activities
• effectively documenting clientchanges
• effectively communicatingwith team
• providinga positive & professional experience to our clients

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years relevant caregiver experience preferred
• current auto liability required
• personal vehicle required
• valid drivers license required
