Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care hygiene and daily living activities
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Provide transportation to appointments errands and community activities
  • Support and participate in outings and activities
  • Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation


Qualifications

  • Caregiving residential care healthcare or CNA experience preferred (not required)
  • Valid drivers license and proof of current auto insurance
  • Compassionate dependable and patient
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Able to pass a background check
