Our In-Home (in-person) BCaBA position centers on delivering intensive high-quality ABA therapy right where it matters: in the natural environment. You will enjoy the continuity and depth of collaboration that comes from direct daily engagement with clients families and your dedicated clinical team.
In this role youll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate client-centered care and driving meaningful progress.
Compensation & Incentives Earn a base salary of $70000$80000 plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1000/month) and a $10000 signing bonus.

- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
- Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
