Own implementation projects end-to-end: provide comprehensive project plans define milestones and drive partner implementations to on time go-live and time-to-value targets. Drive weekly cadence manage dependencies risks and keep scope changes controlled with clear trade-offs.

Provide customer facing post-sale implementation consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert on Deluxe Payment Platform features & products for partners.

Serve as a trusted advisor and lead point of contact for ISV partners throughout the implementation phase; establish and own correspondence with external and internal stakeholders from Product Engineering to Sales and Senior leadership. .

Provide partner enablement: clarify requirements provide best practices quick guides test plans and go live readiness

Work cross-functionally to improve the customer onboarding experience by collecting and translating customer and partner feedback into meaningful product insights for our Product and Engineering teams

Build repeatable playbooks and a refined implementation motion within the ISV partner segment to drive implementation efficiency

Basic QualificationsBachelors

3-8 years of experience as a customer facing implementation consultant managed services consultant technical project manager or other technology consulting role preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
