• Manage and oversee the immigration process for clients ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Utilize Cloudflare to enhance the security and efficiency of immigration workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration policies and regulations.
• Provide exceptional client support guiding them through each step of the visa application process.
• Analyze and track case progress ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements within the team.

• 26 years of experience in immigration law or compliance.
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration processes and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective client interactions.

• Experience working with Cloudflare or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and resources.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
