Job Summary

Overview

The Immigration Program Analyst willbe responsible formonitoringassessingandsupportingoverall delivery of immigration services. The Immigration Program Analyst willbe responsible forkeeping abreast and incorporating the latest technology advancements and best practices used in theimmigration practicegroupinto daily and weekly workflow. The Program Analyst willalsobe a key contributor to larger immigration practice projects including data governanceand workflowassessment rolewillmeetregularlywith case managerstoensuretimelycase processingand data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • ProcessManagement: Analyze current internal operating procedurestomakerecommendations and execute projectsas neededto improve data governanceand case management.
  • Technology:Monitorindividual contributor compliance with firm best practicesregardingdata governance and provide direction technology use and best practicesandidentify plan and execute projects relating to continual improvement working with various cross-functional teams within the firm includingAttorneys Case ManagersData Analysts Knowledge Management and IT.
  • Training and Delivery:Participatein onboarding individual contributors and provide regular communication and trainingrelatingdata governance technology usage and process with internal and external stakeholders toimprove user interfaces.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identifyimprovement and innovation opportunities and serve asliaisoninternally within the firm to improve and execute best practices and technology improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university orequivalent in education and experience.
  • 5yearsimmigrationexperience in a multi-stakeholder environmentwith a focus on process and/or programimprovement..
  • Knowledge of program management approachestoolsand phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong program / project management skills to support delivery of a global program.
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build partnerships to work collaboratively with and through others to meet sharedobjectives.
  • Strong andpro-activeplanning and delivery focus.
  • Ability to work onowninitiativeand todeadlines.
  • Project Management certification (Prince2 PMP)a plus preferred.
