Job Summary

Position Title: Immigration Paralegal
Location: Hybrid / Remote / Onsite
Experience Required: 3 Years in U.S. Immigration Law

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal with strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes and documentation. The ideal candidate should be able to handle employment-based and family-based immigration cases communicate with clients professionally and support attorneys with case preparation filing and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and file U.S. immigration petitions and applications including:
* H1B
* L1
* OPT/CPT
* TN Visa
* PERM
* I-140
* Adjustment of Status (I-485)
* Family-based petitions
* Citizenship and naturalization applications
* Draft support letters RFEs and client communications
* Coordinate with clients to collect required documents
* Maintain immigration case files and track deadlines
* Work with USCIS DOL and other government portals
* Monitor case status and provide regular updates to clients
* Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and filing timelines
* Assist attorneys in preparing legal documentation and responses
* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all immigration records
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. immigration law
* Strong understanding of USCIS and DOL processes
* Experience handling employment-based immigration cases
* Good drafting and documentation skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and immigration software/tools
* Bachelors degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with IT staffing or consulting companies
* Knowledge of PERM and H1B compliance processes
* Experience using immigration case management systems
