What Youll Do:

• Assist in preparing legal documents including briefs motions and filings for EOIR USCIS and federal court.

• Manage complex cases and maintain deadlines with precision

• Coordinate with clients to gather documents provide updates and schedule appointments

• Research procedures related to immigration issues

• Communicate with government agencies including USCIS EOIR ICE and federal courts

What Were Looking For:

• Passion for immigration law

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in immigration law required

• Strong attention to detail follow-through and problem-solving

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-energy environment

• Spanish fluency required
