Responsibilities:
- Wash peel chop and prepare fruits and vegetables
- Measure and portion food items according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment workstations and storage areas
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff during food preparationand service
- Follow food sanitation safety and health regulations
- Dispose waste and keep area preparation areas clean and organized
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds
