Imaging Actionable Findings Coordinator

Job Summary
The Actionable Findings Coordinator plays a critical role in patient safety and quality by overseeing the full lifecycle of actionable critical and significant unexpected diagnostic findings for all of CentraCare. This position ensures that findings identified in imaging and diagnostic reports are communicated acknowledged documented tracked and resolved in a timely and reliable manner supporting closed loop communication and reducing the risk of missed or delayed follow up. Serving as a central point of coordination the Actionable Findings Coordinator works closely with radiologists referring providers clinical care teams and operational partners to facilitate clear communication escalate unacknowledged findings and support adherence to regulatory accreditation and organizational standards. The role requires a high level of clinical understanding attention to detail and judgment to prioritize time sensitive findings and manage multiple concurrent addition to day to day coordination the Actionable Findings Coordinator contributes to process improvement data tracking and quality initiatives identifying trends gaps and opportunities to strengthen actionable findings workflows. This role supports a culture of safety accountability and reliability across imaging and diagnostic services while improving continuity of care and patient outcomes.
*This role can work fully remote may come on-site on occasion for meetings.
Schedule:
- Part-time 48 hours every two weeks
- Day shift flexible start and end times
- Can work Monday- Wednesday or Wednesday- Friday
Pay and Benefits:
- $41.14 or more per hour pay determined by experience
- Pay range: $41.14 - $61.72 per hour

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in healthcare nursing radiologic sciences health information or related field
- 2 years of experience in healthcare operations imaging services care coordination or quality/safety roles.
- 2 years of experience coordinating time sensitive workflows cliknical communication or follow up processes.
- Must have one of the following: Minnesota RN licensure ARRT certification RDMS certification or CNMT certification
- Experience working with EHR systems and clinical documentation tools
