Job Summary The Project Delivery Administrator supports the Projects Specialists in executing integrator projects from PO receipt through equipment delivery. What Youll Do
- Support project execution from PO receipt through equipment delivery
- Coordinate shipment readiness with internal manufacturing teams
- Track project totals and request updated PO or change order from integrator when deemed necessary
- Facilitate communication across engineering manufacturing and project teams
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Assist with semi-annual financial audits (JSOX)
What Were Looking For
- 02 years of experience in material handling automation or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or data systems experience a plus
- Self-motivated adaptable and eager to learn
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays)
