Looking to inspire young learners in an inclusive classroom setting We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Special Education Teacher to join an Illinois elementary school for the upcoming academic year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an educator who enjoys partnering with colleagues to create meaningful learning experiences and empower students to achieve their individual goals.

In this position youll support 2nd and 3rd grade students within an elementary inclusion classroom helping students access the general education curriculum through individualized instruction classroom accommodations and evidence-based interventions. Youll become an essential member of a multidisciplinary team committed to fostering academic achievement social-emotional growth and student independence.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field and possess an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS1) endorsement or be eligible to obtain appropriate state licensure. Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong collaboration effective communication and a commitment to helping elementary students succeed in an inclusive educational environment.
