As a CNA youll work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patients throughout their hospital stay providing comfort assistance and exceptional care when it matters most.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant you will provide direct patient support and assist the nursing team with daily patient care activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Assist with patient mobility transfers ambulation and positioning
• Provide comfort measures and support to patients and families
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean safe and organized patient environment
• Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients families and team members

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous healthcare experience though not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
