As an MRI Technologist you will perform high-quality MRI examinations to assist physicians and radiologists in the diagnosis and monitoring of medical conditions. You will:
- Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety standards
- Operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare position and educate patients throughout their exams
- Ensure patient safety comfort and confidentiality
- Collaborate with radiologists physicians nurses and other members of the care team
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow departmental procedures
- Participate in required call and hospital rotation
Experience
- New graduates accepted
- Two years of experience as a staff technologist preferred but not required
Licensure & Certification
- ARRT certification required
- MRI certification/registry required
- Illinois IEMA certification required within six months of hire
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire
Hourly Pay Range: $31.25$46.88
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7500
This position may be eligible for evening night and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes.
Eligible team members may also qualify for a performance-based bonus based on established criteria and performance goals. Additional details regarding incentives and bonus eligibility will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
