REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a IDT Administrative Assistant in Winston-Salem NC
This role provides high-quality administrative support to IDT leaders while also serving as a visible approachable floor admin for the broader IDT team. The Administrative Assistant will help keep leaders organized teams connected and day-to-day operations running smoothly bringing energy hospitality and a spirit of fun to the workplace experience.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling priorities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to IDT leadership.
- Coordinate meetings prepare communications and maintain documentation.
- Manage travel arrangements expenses and logistics.
- Support office operations and resource management.
- Attend meetings record minutes and track action items.
- Plan and execute events engagement activities and team initiatives.
- Act as a culture ambassador and employee experience champion.
- Build strong relationships across leadership employees vendors and support functions.
- Identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
What are we looking for
- 2-5 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Experience supporting senior leaders and/or C-Suite executives
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Excellent communication organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to anticipate needs solve problems and work independently
- Experience managing calendars meetings travel and communications
- Service-oriented professional who enhances employee experience and team culture
- High School Diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
