Job Description:
Maintain accurate inventory records for equipment supplies materials and organizational assets
Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
Process inventory transactions including receipts transfers distributions and disposals.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient access and accountability.
Conduct regular inventory counts cycle counts and physical audits to verify inventory accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies shortages overages and damaged goods.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and inventory control standards.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices related to inventory handling and storage.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations receiving storage and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical in this role.
