Minimum Qualifications: Must be a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT LVT or RVT). 4 years of dedicated experience in veterinary emergency medicine. Preferred Strengths: Inspirational Leadership: Proven ability to motivate delegate resolve conflicts and remain calm under pressure. Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal written and active listening skills with a knack for giving constructive growth-oriented feedback. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating electronic medical records (Cornerstone and/or Instinct) and Microsoft Office.
