Vendors will need to be added to the ShiftWise Flex vendor pool if their candidate is offered and accepts the - ICU at Trinity Hospital (Minot ND)Start date : anytime13 weeks 48 GWWStraight E/NEvery other weekend every other holidayfloating requiredNo locals - 50 mile radius ruleKey Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of critically ill patients promptly responding to changes in condition and escalating concerns as medications vasoactive infusions blood products and advanced therapies in accordance with ICU protocols and individualized care physicians with complex procedures manage ventilators and invasive lines and ensure accurate interpretation and documentation of clinical patients and families regarding treatment plans ICU processes and discharge expectations to support understanding during high-stress with the interdisciplinary care team during rounds and throughout the shift to coordinate care plan interventions and promote continuity across meticulous documentation and participate in unit-based safety quality and performance-improvement and Certifications Required:Current or temporary RN license in North Dakota or compact RN licensure - no license hits allowedACLS
