Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

Location: Falmouth MA

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift:
Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
36 Hours per Week
Every Other Weekend
Rotating Holidays

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a night shift contract assignment. The RN may float to Med/Surg Tele units based on operational needs and census.

Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care through assessment planning implementation and evaluation
Administer and monitor medications and patient responses
Maintain accurate patient documentation and care plans
Function as charge nurse and resource person when needed
Provide patient/family education and interdisciplinary care coordination
Adhere to hospital safety and infection control policies
Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities
Maintain proficiency in computerized nursing informatics systems

Requirements:
Active Massachusetts RN License required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Prior critical care/ICU experience required
Completion of CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams required
Strong ICU skills including ventilator care and hemodynamic monitoring preferred
BSN CCRN TCAR and De-escalation certification preferred
