The ICU Nurse Manager will:

• Assess plan and evaluate patient care on a 24-hour basis for a specific service line/unit or units.
• Will have authority and responsibility for implementing hospital unit standards policies and procedures.
• Will be accountable for quality and safety service excellence staff performance/employee satisfaction and budgetary responsibility within their scope of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing required Masters preferred
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive leadership in an acute care setting
• High level of interpersonal skills to resolve complex problems requiring innovative solutions and the ability to negotiate in sensitive situations
• BLS Certification required as approved by the American Heart Association
• National certification or nursing administrative certification within one year in specialty specific to care provided
• PALS ACLS as required by specialty.

Salary Range:119283.00 - 190791.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors including job-related work experience internal equity and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
